The Glass Curtain Gallery is a 2,200 square-foot exhibition gallery located in Chicago’s South Loop. The Glass Curtain hosts and produces a variety of multi-media contemporary art exhibitions featuring the work of local, national and international professional artists. In conjunction with many of its exhibitions, the Glass Curtain Gallery presents lectures, workshops and performances. Admission to exhibitions and events is free of charge and open to the public. The Glass Curtain Gallery has previously featured the work of William Kentridge, Jeremy Blake, Edouard Duval-Carrie, David Reed, Michael Hernandez de Luna, Adriana Bertini, Sabrina Raaf, Sally Heller, Celia Herrera Rodriguez and Guillermo Gomez Pena.

Columbia College Chicago's newest gallery, The Arcade takes its name from the building’s previous incarnation when it was known as The Arcade Building. With sweeping views of Grant Park, the gallery exhibits all media, with a particular focus on new media and interdisciplinary art.

C33 Gallery is an exhibition space used to showcase both professional and student work. The north and east sides of the gallery have windows facing the high traffic intersection of Congress and Wabash providing maximum visibility and a unique exhibition space. The gallery also has seating for quiet study or small meetings.

The Myron Hokin Student Center provides accessible space for student exhibitions and events. With a history of innovative student driven programming the Hokin exists as a gallery, stage and classroom for Columbia’s students to showcase their skills and ideas. The Hokin Center facilities include the Hokin Gallery, which hosts professional quality exhibitions of student work, and the Hokin Annex, which serves as a venue for live performances and group events.

CONVERGE Curators Forum

A nationally accredited leader in educating artists, designers, and scholars founded in 1866, SAIC produced the most Fulbright scholars in 2009–10 among all art and design schools. At Artropolis, a curated booth features alumni of SAIC's groundbreaking Student Union Galleries (SUGs), and the CONVERGE Curators Forum looks at SUGs in a panel discussion on Monday, 5/3 at 1 p.m.

The largest gallery space in the Loop devoted to contemporary art. More than 120 students completing master’s degrees and post-baccalaureate certificates exhibit their work in art and technology studies, ceramics, fiber and material studies, film, video, and new media, painting and drawing, performance, photography, print media, sculpture, sound, and visual communication design.
